TRIP TO SAVANNAH!

On the way down to Savannah, we were able to meet up with Papa and Mimi who were on their way to Atlanta! It was a SPECIAL treat cause we got to eat OUT which is something Chris and I do not do at all anymore! Our new and improved budget has $0 alloted for eating out! It's really not so bad... We truly have an absolutely blessed life that I cannot complain about and if not having cable television and not going out to eat help make ends meet, then that is fine by me! :)

Here is Park and his Papa and Mimi in the Outback parking lot in Macon, GA.

Chris taught Jac how to JUMP off the couch and onto the pillows... see video below for more information :)

We went to Savannah this weekend to visit the newest member of our family - Miller Edward Cetti - or as I like to call him - EDDIE CETTI! :)

Chris spent most of the weekend playing with Jac - and he taught him how to do so many wonderful things... INCLUDING but not limited to... jumping off the couch! Ash is LOVING that he now loves to jump off the couch :) Here's a video...

Parker Pictures 4 months old!

4 months old and ABSOLUTELY perfect!

All smiles before bed :)

Perfect Parker!

Fingers - always in the mouth now....

Time to go night night! I am a BIG BOY now and sleep without my Miracle Blanket! I've been sleeping 10-11 hours every night through the night since I was about 8 weeks old! Mommy says it's ALLLLL thanks to BabyWise and Mom's On Call! Night night!

Snuggling after bathtime tonight :)

4 month doctor check up!

Parker had his 4 month doctor check-up on Monday! He was SO brave! He is 75 percentile in pretty much everything except his head... which I think is 25-50 percentile. He weighs 14 lbs 3 oz and is 25 3/4 inches long. It's cause of all that yummy mommy milk he gets :) I work hard for it so I thought it deserves a SHOUT OUT on the bloggity blog! :)

Here is Parker awaiting his beloved Dr. Furr who he has a total crush on. She's kind of a hottie :)

He has NO idea what is about to come... poor baby. He screamed SO long and SO hard when they stuck 2 needles in him, that he didn't breath and his entire face turned as red as something that is really red - can't think of anything right now. That lasted about 3 seconds then he was fine :) Such a brave little man!

Wait... you're going to stick WHAT in my WHERE?

Say it isn't so Mommy.... please.....

After his appointment, Nana and Hoppy were coming back through town from visiting with my sister Ashley and her husband Joey who just had their SECOND baby, Miller Edward Cetti! So, they all came over to our house Monday evening for spaghetti and meatballs dinner which was FAB! We let Kayley try out the Jump-a-roo that a sweet friend from work gave me... and she LOVED it! She bounced all night long!

She finally let Parker have another try - he's still getting there - a few more months maybe... Kayley Lane is pulling up on everything these days - including Parker's bouncy seat to pull herself up... she didn't care that she nearly flipped him out while pulling herself up...

Daddy is going to kill me when he sees that I posted this up here! Whitney has been waiting to put bows in Kayley's hair for 10 months now - and she can FIIIINALLY manage to put one in for a bit -but it doesn't stay too long. But it looks GREAT in Parker's hair! :) Whit is just jealous that my son has way more hair than her little girl :)

He is so clueless... Parker may possibly hate me one day for this picture :)

White Water?

No - we didn't take Parker white water rafting.... but we definitely have had a case of WHITE WATER last week...

We began noticing some really strange white particles in our water one day last week. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I dumped the cup out and filled it up again with ice from our ice machine and water from the little dispenser on the fridge. Still white stuff floating around. I gave up and just got some water from our faucet which was totally clear and fine. The next evening, after taking a sip of water and realizing it tasted funny, Chris looked in his cup and his water was completely white with white stuff floating around in it. We did realize that if you just got water and no ice, there was no white stuff in it - so we decided we'd look into the ice machine that weekend. Well - Sunday rolls around and we still hadn't really figured out what the deal was... and then it hit me. I am storing about 150 bags of frozen milk in the freezer... maybe... just maybe... a bag could have fallen into our ice machine and is causing our ice to be made with breast milk! Chris looked at me like was a complete GENIOUS and took the ice machine out of the fridge and there it was.... a full bag of frozen breast milk in our ice machine. YUM!

So - next time you notice white particles floating around in your awesome, clean Atlanta water.... it may just be breast milk :)
