We spent last weekend on THE FARM in Quincy, Florida with Chris' brother, Jeff and his wife, Lan and their son, Griffin. Griffin is about a month or so older than Parker and they could NOT be more alike. They are both into TRAINS and TRACTORS and of course - MICKEY MOUSE CLUB HOUSE!
Parker showed off his intense "city boy" skills by saying in a REALLY nasal-y voice as soon as we drove up to the chicken farm - "Ewwwwww... pooooopy!" :) That's my boy!
The first highlight of the trip - riding the tractor with Uncle Jeff!
Then riding with Mommy!
Saturday night, we went to Tallahassee for dinner and ate at a Japanese Steak House - YUM! I couldn't get a camera shot of Parker AND the Japanese chef so I just took a picture of P's face during his cooking show - he was STUNNED. And - surprise surprise - our boy loves Japanese Steak House food! Park was in LOVE with Griffin's train set! We could not keep him away - he even snuck away from me after I dried him off from his bath to go get a few minutes of play in!
Story time with Uncle Jeff, Aunt Lan and Griffin!
Park and Griffin through the past 2 years!
Parker about 1 or 2 weeks old - Griffin about 4 or 5 weeks old.
A few months later....
Last summer - both boys were just over 1.
And.... this spring! Both boys are about to turn 2!
Sunday afternoon we headed to Bainbridge, Ga for lunch and went to a park where they had an actual train! Park and Griffin were in HEAVEN!
The park also had a nature trail that we walked down for a mile or so.... Parker loved it!
Looking at the ducks and boats.
There are lots of emus at the park!
One of the emus just had babies - they were so cute!
The boys decided they would hold hands the rest of the way...
Later that day, we headed back home and Parker stayed on Griffin's power wheels tractor the entire evening!
Wagon ride!
The boys built a fire for us to roast marsh mellows and make smores on Sunday night! YUM!
Parker wanted to help with the fire....
We had a blast on the chicken farm all weekend :) Thanks Jeff and Lan!
THE END!

He is clearly just practicing for his hoedown ;)
Oh my goodness, I'm in love with your sweet boy! And so jealous that y'all are having 'short-wearin' weather already!
Looks like you all had fun! Parker is so lucky to have cousins his age. They will have so much fun through the years.
