Whitney and Doug had a last minute trip in May so we invited their kids over for the weekend! We had a blast hanging out with them - we love our cousin time! We went to McDonalds one afternoon (yeah it was actually rainy and chilly - in May!) and the kids had fun playing in the playground and eating chicken nuggets.

We went to wake up Garrett one morning and Caroline insisted on getting in his crib with him!

One afternoon, we headed to Zaxby's for a dinner that was supporting Will Abernathy, a 4 year old boy in our church who was fighting cancer. It was chaos and absolutely nuts - but fun, too!

They've been begging to sleep together forever and we finally decided they were old enough.. it took them a long time to fall asleep but when they did they were out!
May began our crazy rainy season in Atlanta! It was rainy all the time! The kiddos were always begging to go out and play in the rain but with all the thunder and lightening we had had, I was scared to let them - but they were excited to play in the shower - the next best option!
Caroline started becoming a snuggle bunny in the mornings! We used to spend our mornings outside playing but thanks to all the rain, we were forced to stay in most days. She started going to our blanket basket, pulling out a blanket and bringing it to us and saying "up peas!"
