As soon as we got home from Charleston, we turned around the next day and headed for Helen, Ga with my family for the weekend! Chris' boss has a cabin up there that he allows his employees and also friends and pastors to use throughout the year! We were lucky enough to snag an October weekend in Helen! Hoppy and the kids had fun looking for a candy store!
This was on our way home from shopping around Helen on Saturday... you could say he was a bit tired.
C-line and mommy on the back deck of the cabin.
Our normal family pic by the bear!
Park and KK had fun, as always where ever they are!
We, of course, stopped by the shack that sells boiled peanuts! Yum!!! These creepy people wave at you when you set off certain motion detectors... Park was a little creeped out!
Our first night there, we built a fire outside and made Smores!
My pretty mom and daddy!
Parker and KK thought this was just hilarious! And it was. :)
Caroline and Garrett enjoying their lunch in downtown Helen!
Parker comes home with the cutest crafts from school every week! Here was his pumpkin head craft!

Sienna, Dylan and Amy always wait for Parker and I on school days so that Parker and Sisi can walk out together! And these crazy kids normally beg us to take their picture by the front entrance, too! They wouldn't do it for anything on the first day of school like we wanted them to... but now they'll do it every day!
This girls' hair was getting crazy long and mullet-y!
Like - it was waaaaaaaay bad.
I knew it was time for another hair cut! So we made the appointment and Caroline was RELIEVED!
Wait, Mommy... she's going to cut HOW many inches off?!
We love Ms. Jacci at Kingdom Kuts! Here she is getting all suited up!
The finished product! It's hard to tell in this picture but trust me... it was at least 2 inches off the back and MUCH better!
I let Park pick out his Halloween costume at Target this year! He chose Jake and the Neverland Pirates! He loved telling everyone what he would be for Halloween this year... it always came out as "JakeandtheNe'erLanPirates"... so I usually had to translate for anyone who doesn't speak 3.5 year old language!
HA! So, my sister Ashley is expecting baby number 3 in December and she called and asked for my fun pregnant pumpkin shirt to borrow! She couldn't remember what it looked like so I sent her a picture. It was obviously (thankfully) huge on me in the belly area so I stuffed a ball under the shirt and took a picture to send to Ash! For about a SPLIT second, after seeing his picture, I craved for the feeling of another baby in my belly... but that thought went out of my head as quick as it came in. :) No babies for us anytime soon!
Riding in the Publix car cart for the first time! She kept her hands on the wheel the whole time! Smart driver!
Her shirt says, "This is my little black dress!"
Parker wearing another one of his crafts from school! We were making pumpkin bread for a sweet neighbor who just had a baby!
Tanner came over for an evening play date with us while his mommy and daddy went out for their anniversary!
He didn't miss them at all!

These two were up to NO GOOD!
