The day we got back from or trip to Orlando, we went to Pike's to get a real Christmas tree! We have two nine foot fakes ones - thanks to my parents moving out of a house with really high celings and into a house with 8 foot ceilings! But we really wanted a real tree this year! Parker loved running through the rows of trees and helping us pick out our PERFECT tree!

So - SEVERAL months ago we were one of the lucky ones to get an appointment to see Santa at Phipp's Plaza in Atlanta. You can only go see this special Santa if you have an appointment and ALL of his appointment slots filled up within a few hours this year! Ashley had Miller and Jac's appointment right before mine - and Whitney wasn't able to get an appointment until next wekeend. We attempted to get a picture of ALL the grandkids (so Whitney brought Kayley, too) in the middle of my and Ash's appointment but seeing that KK was DEATHLY afraid of Santa and refused to even come near him - Miller screamed every time he came near Santa - the group picture didn't work out. So - Whit took the afternoon off and hauled KK down there for no reason - we didn't think until AFTER our chaotic appointment that the mommies should just have held their kids in the picture - oh well. It was a fun experience! I get my professional pictures and our DVD later this week - but here are some pictures Whitney was able to take with her digital camera.
Parker did great! He didn't smile, but he didn't cry either! He was really checking Santa out.

Since we didn't get a picture of all of us with Santa - we tried to get a quick picture of the kids in the mall. Didn't work out so well.
He was actually sitting still - and since that pretty much NEVER happens - I documented it with a photo so I would remember! :)

Love that Parker was so interested in Santa Claus, he totally looks like the real one! He's dressed so fancy, he's almost too classy haha!
