The View From Up Here....

So - today - for some reason - I have REALLY been noticing my belly. It's even a little in the way and not so convenient. I can't slide up quite as close to my desk as I'd like and every time I look down now - I see this nice bulging round ball sticking out from my tummy. Where did this thing come from?
