He's guilty on all accounts - and they ruled him not insane at all during the time he killed her.

Just a forewarning - on WSB news - online and on TV - they are showing the video of the actual murder. They are editing it and pausing at parts where it shows people actually getting hurt - but it's still pretty graphic. We had TiVo-ed the news today and after Chris saw it he deleted them all so I wouldn't have to see it. But I saw it online this evening anyway.

His sentencing is in December. Will probably be life or life plus 50.
